The Bosch CS5 has an anti snag guard feature for smooth operation. This feature prevents any hang ups during bevel cuts. The bevel adjustment is done by levers and is quite easy. The bevel capacity is 56 degrees. A lever is provided for the depth of cut adjustment as well. At 45 degrees you can get a 1 7/8 inch depth of cut while a 2 7/16 depth of cut is achieved at 90 degrees. The blade is replaceable and can be done quickly with an improved spindle lock. The CS5 also has an on tool storage wrench. This circular saw comes with a 9 foot power cord.

The weight of the Bosch CS5 is only 10 pounds and so it does not cause any strain on the arms when used for a long time. It is a durable machine which comes with a carrying case and an extra 24 tooth carbide blade.
