Geemarc’s new amplified telephone

Telecoms manufacturer Geemarc has launched a new amplified telephone as part of their Clearsound range. This new handset has been designed with those with hearing impairments in mind.

The Geemarc CL330 is packed with the latest technology and comes complete with an intuitive interface, making it friendly and easy to use. This multifunction telephone is packed with useful features for the hard of hearing and also the visually impaired. These include:

• Talking caller identification – Providing you have a subscription to your networks Caller ID service, the phone will tell you who is calling you.
• Extra large clear backlight display – For those with visual impairment, this extra-clear display is ideal.
• Extra bright visual ringer indicator – This enables the hard of hearing to see when someone is calling.
• Speaker phone – The ability to talk handsfree is not only convenient but also a useful feature for those with mobility impairment.

Geemarc has been producing phones for over 35 years and has been a pioneer of the telecoms market, being one of the first companies to be granted a license to manufacture cordless phones for the British market.
