o Do not drink tea before or after you have your meal. Some substance contained in tea might be neutralizing nutrition in your meal.
o Do not drink tea, especially fermentation tea, because caffeine is potential in increasing acid in your gastric that resulting stomachache. Make sure that you have eaten any fruits or meal before you drink it.
o Do not drink tea after you eat high-mineral vegetables
o If you are a pregnant woman or breast-feeding woman, drinking either tea or coffee has to be avoided. Caffeine and stimulant substance could stimulate uterus contraction and obstructing mammary glands of the mother.
o Add sugar as less as possible to your tea, because sugar is neutralizing useful substances contained in tea.
o Add lemon to your tea. The astringent effect of lemon gives our digest system any protection against the harmful substance.
In conclusion, you have to be really careful in drinking tea. Make sure that you have it in the right measure and drink it in the right time. For addition information, you can have herbal one if you want to have a non-caffeine tea, such as chamomile, peppermint or lemon blossom tea. Therefore, you can still enjoying your tea without worrying your health.
