Zur Fütterung, besonders zur Fütterung von Wirbellosen mit Planktonfutter, kann der Pausenknopf betätigt werden. Es werden dann alle 4 Pumpen, also auch die Filterpumpe, für ca. 10 Minuten ausgeschaltet. Ein eingebauter Lichtsensor schaltet bei Dunkelheit in das Nachtprogramm.
