This is worse than bad-room that I bought! The line continues to break the "automatic feed" does not work, I get a "touch-n-go, every day! You can use most of the lines and 16 rings, I bought only lasted about 10 meters from the last 6 feet the outbreak and is wasted.
I never buy anything new TV ads, I'll go to Walmart where I can get a refund or replacement, without the outrageous cost of shipping!

Worx cordless string trimmer and hedge trimmer
We have a moderate size yard in So.Cal. St. Augustine and ivy in front and back. Also good sized bushes along the side of the home. Although these units are not as powerful as gas or electric they work great. Very light and comfortable to use. Really like the edger action. It has a hard time rolling if debris is on the walk but does great rolling on the lawn. Must replace the anemic string it comes w/ for .065 string. The hedge trimmer works great on the ivy and bushes. Battery life is strong for about 30 min. then starts fizzin'. 2 batteries recommended for big projects. Makes my yard work much easier. Glad I made the purchase.

Excellent choice
This unit is one those rare, "best thing I've ever purchased" times. The transaction was fast and the unit was packaged in bubble wrap! in 3 boxs yet. I charged the battery once so far and have trimed and edged my yard 4 times allready. No problem with the trim line either. Also the unit was $20 less than the worx web sight. Great unit and great deal. I'm sold! This is not the first time working with Amazon. They come through every time with a solid 10!

Very handy lawn tool
I have been looking at this trimmer for over a year. I purchased the Cordless American Gardener Trimmer and it worked pretty good but the line gets used up quickly. I finally purchased the Worx GT with 2 batteries. It came with only one but Amazon sent me a second battery. I charged it as instructed and used it on about 300 feet of trimming and the battery was still going. The edger works really well. The line it made while edging is like using a sharp knife to cut the edge of the lawn. It's a bit of a challenge to keep the edge straight but more use will lead to a better edge. I'm very happy with this tool and glad I finally gave it a chance. I recommend it highly. I hope it doesn't disappoint after more use.
Buy the one with 2 batteries only because if you run out of power on a big job you will have the spare to finish the job. As for the spools, I ordered 12 and the shipping is about $12 with no charge for the spools. For a buck a piece I figure it's worth it. They don't run out as quickly as the American Gardener Trimmer. The Trimmer came with free shipping and got in a day or two. The spools are taking a lot longer than it should. It's about 10 days and still waiting although I was notified they were finally being shipped.

Great Product
I got this weed whacker and used it at least 3 times already and love it. I tip my hat off to the
people who invented this. Here are the big pluses:
+Liked the fact that it can adjust the head and the handle for best ergonomics.
+Love the edge trimming capability by rotating the head and adjusting the handle.
+I think the whacking string used is better quality than conventional weedwhacker
+Cost of fuel - cheap just charge in overnight
+Cost of ownership - I would imagine less, it uses electric motor very little maintenance
+Lighter than conventional gas powered - do not need the fuel
+No pollution--green friendly
Room for improvements:
-Power: compared to gas operated, it is not as powerful but it cuts grass and weeds
without any issues
-I got the regular batteries [not lithium ion] so the weed whackers last may be
an hour or less depending on use

This edge trimmer is fantastic! It is light weight and is very easy to use. The cord can not get twisted in the machine and is free to replace when needed. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
