Ultriva names Bill Swisher as Director of Business Development
Ultriva Inc., the world leader in lean software solutions, today introduced the appointment of Bill Swisher to the role of Director of Business Development. Swisher said, "Over the past 19 years I have enjoyed working with many global 1000 companies as they have implemented lean manufacturing, yet struggled with the challenge of formalizing the lean methodology. Ultriva's user base includes world class lean manufacturers such as Emerson, Ingersoll Rand, Trane, CNH, A.O. Smith, McKesson, Rexnord, Dover, Dresser and Koyo. As Director of Business Development, Swisher will lead inbound and outbound marketing, managing partners and assist the sales team in cultivating enterprise accounts. Swisher will play a key role in accelerating Ultriva's growth and entrenching its position as the market leader.
Swisher previously held the Vice President Sales and Marketing at JCIT International (now DemandPoint Inc.) and management positions at TBM Consulting Group, Breakthrough Management Group. During his tenure at those firms, Swisher led lean engagements with many leading manufacturing corporations including GE, American Standard, Flextronics, Ingersoll Rand, Emerson, AstraZeneca and Nacco.
