Laser Welded

Bending beam (cantilever) load cell is made of stainless steel and is hermetically sealed with SS bellow, laser welded. This is suitable for weighing and force measuring applications. It accurately measures static and dynamic loads and forces because of its high spring ratings-low deflection. It is provided with 17-4 PH SS material of construction with SS bellow for IP 68 degree of environmental protection class for washdown, hostile, corrosive and hygienic applications. It needs no maintenance.

It is strain gage based load cell which is fully temperature compensated over 0 to 60 deg. C. It exhibits good linearity and very low hysteresis and creep. It is provided with nominal out put of 2 mV/V. For multiple load cell application, out put with close tolerance of 0. 2 % can be offered on request. 6 wire circuit is available optionally for line resistance compensation for accurate measurements. Customized capacities are also offered for meeting individual requirements.

Smaller version of this model is available with modle no. 50210 with capacities ranging from 10 kgf. up to 200 kgf. for the applications where size is restriction. Accessories like loading foot with swivel mechanism can be provided for low profile platform scale fabrication. Calibrated instrument with junction box, display, signal retransmission, computer interface serial port ect. can also be supplied.
